Shipping Online Orders

  • The VideoConference Store understands how important security is to you. When you place an order with us you can be assured that your order will be handled safely and securely. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
  • If overseas shipment is required or you’re shipping to an APO/FPO or PO Box, please contact us as 303-932-2411 or email us at sales@thevcstore.com before ordering.
  • PLEASE NOTE: *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
  • The VideoConference Store may require a verbal confirmation of an order. If you receive a call regarding your order and do not return the call you order may be cancelled and subject to a restocking fee.
  • Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact us at 303-932-2411 or email us at sales@thevcstore.com before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased from The VideoConference Store are subject to specific conditions. Some items are eligible for returns and others may not be. We do offer a 15-business day return policy on approved returns only.  You must contact us at info@thevcstore.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any products. Your RMA will include further directions for your return. Please do not send in a return without an RMA, this return will not be eligible for a credit or refund. Please note the following conditions for returns:

    • Returns received without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
    • An item can only be returned in its original condition. Original condition is defined as:
      • Manufacturer-sealed in original packaging. No item is eligible for return if it has been opened or used in any way. All original packaging must be in place, manuals and accessories, warranty information and other documentation included in original shipment must be as originally packaged.
    • Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will be refused.

Certain items are not eligible for a return and sales are considered final. Those include software, license keys, maintenance contracts, certain video conferencing equipment or systems, conference phones, or refurbished items.      

If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact The VideoConference Store within 5 days of receiving your shipment. If it’s determined that an incorrect item was sent, The VideoConference Store will pay the return shipping costs and will send a replacement, once the original product has been received in our warehouse. Any product that has been opened and used may not be returned. All special-order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.  All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of original cost.  Any shipments outside the continental United States will not be eligible for returns – no exceptions.

Damaged Items

  • When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-888-821-7767 or email us at sales@thevcstore.com.
  • Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
  • Do not throw the shipping carton away until you talk with us directly. Without the shipping carton we may not be able to ensure you receive a credit.
